Hi I’m Sarah, NASM certified trainer and holistic nutrition coach….but I wasn’t always into health and wellness.
Actually, it was quite the opposite.
I (like many people) gained weight in college, started a family, and put my own health on the back burner.
I started struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression and was in an ongoing battle of low self esteem, body image issues, extreme fatigue, migraine headaches, sugar cravings, and a host of other health related problems.
In desperation I began turning to fad diet plans that promised quick weight loss or internet fitness trends that guaranteed results in 30 days…
And guess what? It all got worse.
At one point I was the smallest I had ever been in my adult life but none of my symptoms went away.
That wasn’t a sustainable way to live (dangerous honestly) so I went back to all my old ways.
After that for years to come, I would lose a few pounds here and there, but I would gain it all back.
And this cycle continued until I decided to look at the root cause, get clear on how I wanted to feel, and put an end to the temporary fixes.
Through all of the trial and error, and now with numerous health and wellness certifications I am confident I can gel you break that cycle too!
I know now what truly works in weight loss and improved mental and physical health.
I understand the psychology and physiology of losing weight and keeping it off, the root cause of symptoms and chronic illness, and imbalances that occur that are lifestyle induced.
It is possible to look and feel your best, sustain those results, and empower your total well-being at any age.
